Effective Date: March 18, 2026
This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of DeclareAll ("DeclareAll," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. What DeclareAll Is (and Is Not)
DeclareAll provides a digital organization and notification platform that allows users to document personal information, assets, debts, instructions, and trusted contacts for legacy and continuity purposes.
DeclareAll is not:
a law firm
a substitute for a legally executed will or trust
a provider of legal, tax, or financial advice
a probate, estate administration, or executor service
You are solely responsible for determining whether additional legal documents, professional advice, notarization, witnesses, or filings are required under applicable law.
2. Eligibility
You must:
be at least 18 years old
have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement
provide accurate and truthful information
You represent that all information you submit belongs to you or that you are authorized to provide it.
3. Account Registration & Security
You agree to:
maintain accurate account information
keep login credentials confidential
notify us immediately of unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may register or sign in using email/password or through third-party authentication providers (Apple, Google, Facebook). When using third-party sign-in, we receive only the information you authorize those providers to share.
4. User Content & Responsibility
You retain ownership of all content you submit ("User Content").
You grant DeclareAll a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, encrypt, and display your content solely to operate the Services.
You are responsible for:
accuracy of your entries
keeping instructions current
ensuring beneficiaries and trusted contacts are correctly identified
DeclareAll does not verify the legal validity of your instructions.
5. Trusted Contacts & Notifications
You may designate trusted contacts, beneficiaries, or representatives.
DeclareAll may send notifications or access prompts based on:
your explicit instructions
account activity
verification triggers you configure
DeclareAll does not guarantee delivery, receipt, or action by any third party.
6. Identity Verification
DeclareAll may use verification tools to confirm account ownership or identity, including phone number verification via SMS.
Verification does not constitute legal authentication, notarization, or government-issued validation.
7. Data Storage & Security
DeclareAll uses industry-standard safeguards, including encryption and access controls.
No system is 100% secure. You acknowledge and accept this risk.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
impersonate another person
interfere with system security
use the Services for unlawful purposes
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.
9. Subscription Plans, Billing & Auto-Renewal
DeclareAll offers both free and premium features. Premium features are available through the following subscription plans:
a) Starter Plan
- Monthly: $4.99 USD per month
- Yearly: $49.99 USD per year
- Includes: Up to 250 will items, unlimited posts, unlimited messaging, enhanced hashtags and mentions.
b) Smart Plan
- Monthly: $19.99 USD per month
- Yearly: $199.99 USD per year
- Includes: Everything in Starter, plus unlimited will items, full Will Wizard access, digital will signing, KYC identity verification, and 24/7 priority support. Recognized as a legal digital will in select U.S. states.
c) Premium Plan
- Monthly: $49.99 USD per month
- Yearly: $499.99 USD per year
- Includes: Everything in Smart, plus attorney-supported will creation valid in all U.S. states, family accounts with shared will access, dedicated Legacy Manager, and funeral and cemetery planning.
d) Billing & Payment
- Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Prices are shown in USD and may be automatically converted to your local currency by the respective app store.
- Subscription management and billing are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and RevenueCat.
e) Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
f) Free Trial
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
- Trial terms and eligibility may vary and are subject to change.
g) Refunds
- We do not process refunds directly. Refunds are subject to Apple App Store and Google Play Store refund policies.
h) Price Changes
- We may change subscription prices from time to time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. Your continued use of the Services after the price change constitutes your agreement to pay the updated amount.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if:
required by law
misuse is detected
security risks arise
Upon termination, data retention follows our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
DECLAREALL MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING:
LEGAL ENFORCEABILITY
COMPLETENESS
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeclareAll is not liable for:
indirect or consequential damages
loss of data, inheritance, or assets
failure of third parties to act
Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid to DeclareAll in the preceding 12 months.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14. Apple-Specific Terms
If you access the Services through an Apple device:
- This Agreement is between you and DeclareAll, not Apple Inc.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Services.
- In the event of any failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Services.
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement and may enforce it against you.
- Usage must comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

15. Changes
We may update this Agreement. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
